We are Ebony and Hayden, the directors of Adventure Awaits Disability Services.
We are a passionate team who love getting out ‘n’ about and having a great time. We have started Adventure Awaits Disability Services as we believe that adventure is for everyone.
Our participants are encouraged to fully embrace the opportunities that comes with adventure, allowing them to not only explore new places, but also making new connections, discover their potential, build confidence, resilience and independence.

Ebony brings with her a wealth of professional and personal experience in the disability industry. Her journey is driven by a deep love for her sibling, who has a disability, and the years of care she has provided have made her an expert in understanding individual needs.
With a commitment to delivering high-quality care, Ebony thrives on helping her participants achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. Her adaptability and innovative thinking allows her to create memorable experiences tailored to each person's aspirations.
As a strong advocate for those she supports, Ebony also uplifts everyone around her, ensuring that each participant feels valued and empowered. Her playful spirit makes her a joy to be around, as she loves sharing a good joke and crafting lasting memories. An adventurer at heart, there aren’t many challenges that she wouldn’t embrace!
Hayden Mowat
Director/ Support Worker
Hayden brings a wealth of personal experience to the disability industry, having dedicated numerous years to caring for and advocating for his sister-in-law. His compassionate nature and commitment to inclusivity shine through in every interaction. As a gentle and kind young man, Hayden has developed meaningful connections with the participants he supports.
His enthusiasm for life and adventure is infectious. Whether it's camping, exploring nature through hiking, 4wding or enjoying a day out fishing, Hayden embraces every opportunity to share these experiences with those he supports.
Since starting his professional journey with Adventure Awaits Disability Services, Hayden has become a valued and respected support worker. His dedication and warmth has made a positive impact on the lives of many, helping to foster an environment where all participants feel valued and empowered.
